Triathlon Fun For All

4:18:4 Copenhagen is for everyone that wants to try out a short triathlon in the settings of an IRONMAN. Taking place at Amager Strand just days before IRONMAN Copenhagen, you will get the chance to race on part of the IRONMAN course and enjoy a good time with your friends, family or colleagues afterwards. You can do the 400 m swim, 18 km Bike and 4 km run by yourself or split it in 3 and do a relay. #anythingispossible
